Deposit of 30% per week (non refundable) payable within 7 days of booking. Balance (non refundable) payable 4 weeks before arrival.

We recommend that guests take out holiday insurance to cover possible cancellation of holiday. If cancellation becomes necessary please let us know immediately.

A number of golf buggies are available for hire at £30 per week for travel to/from the lakes.

Cots and high chairs are available free of charge. Electricity is supplied via £1 coin meters.Please let us know before you arrive if you will require either of these items.

Gas(for heating and hot water) is metered and charged at the end of your stay based on usage. A deposit of £25 is requested on arrival.

Dogs are welcome at a charge of £30 per week.
